Come to a Coginchaug Area Transition (CAT) soup exchange at 6:30-8 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 12, at Perk on Main. Bring homemade soup in four-cup containers you don't mind giving away, and bring as many copies of the recipe as you have containers of soup. (Frozen in re-used deli containers works well.) You will get to take home as many quarts of different kinds of soup as you bring to the swap. We'll share soup stories and chat about Transition and ways to make our community more sustainable.
